Set along the banks of the Río Corriente in northeastern Argentina, Aurum Lodge offers a refined take on jungle fishing.

Days unfold between clear flowing water and vast wetlands, where the pace of fishing is balanced by time spent in a place that feels both remote and deeply alive.

With private access to the river just steps from the lodge, the experience is immersive but comfortable — equal parts serious fishing and thoughtful hospitality.

The Fishery

Aurum sits within one of the most biodiverse regions in South America, connected to the greater Iberá wetland system — one of the largest freshwater ecosystems on the planet.

The fishing program centers around golden dorado, with opportunities to target pira pitá and pacú as well.

Anglers fish a mix of rivers, backwaters, and wetlands including the Río Corriente, Paraná River, and surrounding esteros.

The variety of water allows for both technical presentations and aggressive, visual eats — a dynamic fishery that rewards both precision and instinct.

Aurum Lodge is designed for small private groups, hosting up to eight guests with a focus on exclusivity and personalization.

The structure blends modern architecture with the surrounding landscape, offering comfortable en-suite rooms, river-facing decks, and shared spaces that encourage connection after long days on the water.

The experience is elevated by gourmet Argentine cuisine, a curated wine program, and thoughtful details like a full bar, fly-tying station, and outdoor spaces that look directly onto the river.

THE lodge

Aurum Lodge lies Where jungle rivers and open water collide. Explosive golden dorado across rivers, wetlands, and endless current.
